> Take Tassri shopping
You tell Elykae that you'll talk to her as soon as you get done with Tassri, since you have something you want to do at the tailor as well. "I see. I'll be here when you return then." Elykae nods to you as you leave with the arachne.
"I really don't need you along, you know." Tassri sighs as the two of you head towards the shops. You explain that you weren't really lying about needing to go to the tailor. Besides, you still don't know a lot about Tassri, so it's a good idea to try and spend some time with her. "Well, fine. So long as you aren't just doing this to keep an eye on me. I would appreciate some trust."
Once at the shop, you spend some time there as Tassri tries some clothes on. She eventually decides on some new Eradian Clothes, though of course she picks something that shows off a fair amount of cleavage. You offer to get her some armor as well, but she refuses. "Armor restricts my ability to cast. Not by much, but I'd rather not deal with it." She explains. "But don't worry. I'm tougher than I look."
With that done, you stop by the tailor to get Myla's jacket repaired. It doesn't take the worker too long to fix things up, so you decide to ask him what it would take to possibly put some armor onto it as well. "Eh, well I could put something on it, no problem. I just don't really have any armor to do that with." He explains. "I mean, I could scrap some armor off something else if ya got something with some plates. For now though, this is about all I can do." Paying him for his work, you head back outside and walk back towards the inn.
"I have been meaning to ask something of you, now that I think of it." Tassri speaks up as you walk. "The deer. Do you know much about her?" You shake your head, explaining what you know about Elykae, which admittedly, isn't a lot. "I see..." You ask why she wanted to know. "She's a strange one, isn't she? Even for a Cervidae. And that mask." You tilt your head, curious to what she means. "You haven't noticed? Well, I suppose it's not unusual for a Cervidae's mask to be heavily enchanted." You admit that you did get the feeling that her mask had something to it. "Indeed, it's got quite a lot of enchantment to it. Most of it seems to just be defensive wards, likely to make sure the mask doesn't get damaged, though if you had been hostile to me back in the cavern, I wouldn't have been able to use my Mind magic on her. There's something else there as well, but I just haven't quite figured it out..." Tassri seems quite curious about the mask. "And then there's the actual mask itself. I've never seen a Cervidae with such a plain-looking mask. Most seem to take great pride in the complexity of their carved masks." You tell her that Elykae's the only one you've ever met, so you didn't realize that her mask was strange. "Well, perhaps something to look into. Anyway..." You arrive at the inn and Tassri turns to you. "I'll keep an eye on the wolfgirl. If she wakes up, I should be there to make sure everything went well. I'll call for you if she wakes. You go deal with our deer friend." You nod to her.
Heading inside, you watch Tassri head over to the room where Myla sleeps, though you don't see Elykae now. You ask Jates where she went. "Oh, she told me to just send you to her room when you got back. It's that one over there." She points you over to a nearby door.
Heading inside, you see the deergirl sitting on the bed. "You're back." You nod as you shut the door behind you and ask what she wanted to talk about. "Yes, that's... I wanted to thank you. And apologize." You tell her that she's already thanked you before. "Even so, I must admit that this has been a strange experience for me. Perhaps it's my line of work, or perhaps I've simply never kept very good company, but... I've never had someone as willing to help as you have been. Even though we didn't meet on the best of terms, you still vouched for my release. You even endangered your relationship with existing allies to assist me." She stays silent for a little while. You notice that she's acting a little odd. She doesn't seem quite as confident as usual. "I apologize, I'm not very accustomed to this sort of discussion. I'm more used to people withholding information from me, and having to force it out of them. Regardless, I do appreciate everything you've done. However, I need to ask you what you'll plan to do after this."
You shrug. It really does depend on how Myla acts after restoring her memories. "Yes, I understand. I hope that she may see the Empire with less hatred after this. However, if she still refuses to work with me, then I understand, and I would be fine with going our separate ways."
You decide to bring up what Tassri spoke about and ask the Cervidae about her mask. "My mask..?" She looks up at you. "Ah, the design. Or rather, lack thereof. I've never been one for the tradition. I do not wear this mask for that." You ask her what she wears it for then. "That is... I understand that you've done a lot for me but that's still..." She pauses, seeming to think for a moment. "Well, by tradition, my kind only remove our masks for family and those we are most close with." You press her a little, telling her that she already said she doesn't wear it for tradition. "... Yes, that's true. I wear my mask because I have to. It's the enchantments. Without them, my ability to act would be severely impaired." You ask her what she means, but she shakes her head. "I'm sorry. This isn't the sort of thing I wish to admit too much."
"But... onto another subject. The primary reason I asked to speak with you." Elykae continues. "It's Tassri. I understand that I pressured you into sparing her, although... I will admit that there's something worrying about her. I am not yet certain of her reliability." You admit that you're also not completely sure of her just yet. "We must keep watch of her. Her plan to deal with the dwarf is not one that I agree with, but if you decide to continue with that, I will keep watch over her. I do not mean to do it to ensure her safety though. While she can be useful, I fear that she may prove to be more dangerous." She looks down a bit. "After seeing how aggressively she's dealt with some, I must admit that I worry that I've made a mistake."
"But..." She turns back to you. "Regardless of that, I still must thank you for everything you've done. If there is anything I can do to repay you, please do not hesitate to ask."

Elykae is a good girl. :V
A bit secretive, but good. :V
Also, yes. Tassri's breastsize changes occasionally. The simple matter is that her breasts are huge and I have issues staying consistent with it. :V

I predict that Elykae may be of royal blood. As for her companion whom has not turn up as of late there is still the chance she is around. It has afterall only been 3 days sense the deer lass' recruitment if I have kept track well enough. Being a spirit can damper ones sense of time. Tell her to simply be forthcoming with her feelings and rest for now. Mylady should then address Lady Myla and Madame Tassri. If all is well than we await for the arrival of young Garret and bold Bluebell.
May steel line thy path

Time for a plan! What could possibly go wrong?
Assuming Myla's okay with it, yes to taking care of the dwarf, and Tassri and Elykae should both go.
There's thinking behind this: Elykae is there to make the dwarf's demise appear as somethin' other than a snatch and gulp, to throw folks off our trail. Let's use the fawn's spy abilities to their fullest!
Can we drop off the accessories with Jates for identification in the meanwhile? (Although her schtick might be more along the lines of potion stuff...)
... and don't forget to touch fluffy tail. ^ω^
-----
Writing purely from a medical point of view- if Myla doesn't wake up screaming like a madwoman with all those new memories, I'll be seriously impressed with her newfound (refound?) willpower.
Wild speculation, ahoy cap'n: Elykae's mask holds back some sorta demon. That, or she's a Grental princess.
Posted by JiklokEmisaryOfSteel 8 years ago Report
Tiss both sound guessing comrade, not outlandish at all. We do know little of her afterall.
Posted by Stunlocked 8 years ago Report
How did you manage to make that mask so cute?
Posted by RumiBelly 8 years ago Report
Oh, so we're traveling with the feral birb, the wolfkin that's turning feral, and the probably feral ceridae who uses enchantments to be kept sane. Thats 50% of the party at feral risk.
Now that Elykae is doubting her choice with tassri we need to keep an eye on tassri rather than dismissing them both. I would rather still travel with Majora, but Shelob is a bit too much.
Posted by paltiel 8 years ago Report
Mmm.. I trust Tassri. Elykae might be trying to sour us on her so she can recruit the spider easier.
Wild speculation warning applies, as usual. ^-^

They may be one in the same or none at all. As with the case of the cat in a poisoned box.

If I recall, we should have the both armor sets and weapons for the elves, so we perhaps we can use the Eradian plate armor to customize the jacket (shoulder pads, perhaps the back or inside of the back?). Of course, we can at least give the elf girl her clothes back and let Marcus hold onto her bow. Not sure what we should do with the sword, though. Sell it? Oh, and let's not forget to have Jates check the enchanted earring, amulet and ring we found in the mines.
As for the dwarf, I would wish to reiterate that we do not need to mess with him on the worse type of conditions. However, perhaps we may take our troupe (and Tassri's tattered robe) and meet with him face to face, having Tassri hide in the shadows. If he does not pay us accordingly, we could see if she can bend his will into our favor while keeping herself out of notice.
Posted by YesImCanadian 8 years ago Report
Unless I'm mistaken, we re-equipped Tahtsu, did we not.
I like the where your going with the Dwarf. I'll post my own idea later.
Posted by The-Lonely-Gamefreak 8 years ago Report
I don't think we did. Looking back at the old posts, I didn't read as such. I may have overlooked it, though.
And thank you. I am trying to make sure we don't make ourselves a bigger target for anyone who may bring down an army and hellfire upon us. ^^; At the same time, I do want us to be rightfully treated and respected for our services, even if we leave out a few details. :p
Posted by paltiel 8 years ago Report
Leaning towards this as well. Gonna (im)patiently wait for your post then decide. ^-^
Chaotic Good doesn't generally outright kill, but they will do stuff to the bad guys that make them want to pull their hair out, and not get caught. *evil grin*
Posted by The-Lonely-Gamefreak 8 years ago Report
Perhaps we could just pull the dwarf's hair out (least what's left on top and his beard) one by one? That sounds like a good idea, no? :D
Posted by paltiel 8 years ago Report
Tempting, but then he'd know who did it.
This might be too evil to suggest, but I'd have no problem if Tassri left him alive and permanently mind-wiped him back into an infant stage of mind.
Posted by The-Lonely-Gamefreak 8 years ago Report
Hmm... I don't know about that. If we don't interact with him, that would be fine; however, if we talk to him and he suddenly falls that much below intelligence then people might think something weird of us.
Per chance, what if we made him more agreeable? Ya know, actually nice and charitable? It screws him over and we get our reward. :3
Posted by paltiel 8 years ago Report
That'd work. Have him write up a nice signed contract and then pay us for the work.
After he inevitably regains his senses, the contract protects us.
Posted by The-Lonely-Gamefreak 8 years ago Report
Yes, that will do nicely. Though I don't think this is exactly how Tassri would wish to deal with the one who ordered people to invade her home and kill her, but we may be able to compensate with something else down the road?
Posted by YesImCanadian 8 years ago Report
Tassri is making me like her more and more everything I see her. I still like Myla more however.
We have 2 sets of armor in our inventory. We could use the Adventurers armor to upgrade Myla's jacket. It's probably lighter, so it would be better for her type of build.
And give Jates the enchanted items.
I'll make a better post later.

The Comment section would seem like a usual one. The opinions and actions being strewn about. The odd verbose post here, the expected post of a spider's breast size there. But something different was going on, it was clear in the sky as it howled and echoed.
It was faint at first but it became louder ever so quickly, it sounded akin to a joke bad enough to make one put their hands on their face and contemplate their life.
As the horizon parted, it became clear, it was an equine creature, but it did not trot, it did not gallop. No it rolled; It tumbled; It made no use of it's legs as they just somehow defy all laws of reality and simply phase through the ground.
But that wasn't the only strange thing of this equine creature. Instead of the standard horse face, there was a fruit with an ice cream cone stuck to it's head. It stand amongst the rest of the comments, Eager to present itself with no hesitation whatsoever, leaving another bad joke as to solidify: "Hey bitches, The Fruiticorn is here."

I think we should ask Elykae to twitch her cute deer ears.
Posted by Rayen 8 years ago Report
This is the most important thing. :V

twitch the ears, and give her a hug. Wonder, if we smooched her on the mask, would we see her blush? Useless enchantments 101 transfer blushing to the mask.

Obvious answer, flirt with Elykae.

There is but one fact i can garuntee with madame Tassri. Whenever she has a smile she usually rests her hands upon her breasts. When she is passive or not opinionated of something she has a hand outstretched. As for rest her arms upon her human belly it is random at best.
Posted by RavenXeo 8 years ago Report
Tell Elykae that is we send Tassri out after the dwarf then she should watch her secretly from afar so as to see her true nature while alone.
on the other end we should cash in our favor with Ely to honk those boingers~

Perhaps say it is a test for her persuasive skills against men and women fond of women.
Posted by Kartomic 8 years ago Report
I say we give her a big old hug!
Posted by YesImCanadian 8 years ago Report
I'll start off by saying, I love Tassri's new clothes. They suit her. Now onto the important things.
Things to do:
1) Drop off enchanted items with Jates and ask if she can't ID them.
2) Return extra Flame tome to Jates.
3) Go back to the tailor and see if he can make the armored jacket for us. I'd rather use the Adventurers armor for it (as it would probably be lighter), but if that belongs to Tahtsu (who we apparently didn't cloth. I may have misread it somewhere) then we should use the other armor.
4) We could ask Elykae if she could teach us how to talk better. (Raise the speech skill. Her teaching is the highest at 5, along side with Tassri)
5) Is Elykae possibly blind?
What to do with the dwarf:
I don't really care what happens to him. Let Tassri do what she wants. Elykae can follow her to see how she handles things. However, if either are caught, they have to agree that neither know anything about us. They were doing it on their own.
Now the most important thing we need to do, is to enchant Tasrri's clothes with some kind of containment enchantment at the rate they're growing.
Posted by Rayen 8 years ago Report
So you know, we did put Tahtsu back in her clothes once Tassri spit her back up. :V
Posted by YesImCanadian 8 years ago Report
I thought so. I couldn't find where it said we did that though.
Posted by paltiel 8 years ago Report

Yeahh still don't like this sudden change of attitude from elykae if she is at least a good spy then this whole thing could be an act like someone previously said to make us hesitant towards tassri, I also object her going alone to monitor tassri because like tassri said she would appreciate our trust...that and I honestly wonder if elykae is more powerful then we actually know. What if she is able to capture tassri to forcibly take her to the empire? If she did such a move like this while we weren't around then tassri could be outnumbered, maybe she actually has a way to contact her naga friend...I know it's stretching pretty far but idk I'm getting bad feelings here and that isn't from tassri maybe it's just my brain telling me to be wary.
I think we should get a chance to talk to elykae about this, she would no doubt be interested in it as well as hearing elykae plan to watch her. I don't think tassri needs watching and I want us to communicate that to her, that we want to trust her and do as we promised etc I do kind of want to learn more about tassri herself still -w-" and I still think we should talk more about our previous experiences like the hooded guy with the crystals and also her opinion on what she thinks may have caused our vision of tassri she's a Mage and maybe she knows something just like how robe guy called us pseudo-human now I could be rusty but that implies we ourselves were a fake human and I think this is also something that would interest tassri, just like how she was interested in how bluebell was able to change us into a harpy which I am curious if tassri would be able to discover something by taking a look at bluebell.
Oh....okay so i would want to talk to tassri in private about this but expressing our concern for the dwarf mission not for consequence so much but tassri's safety yeah we know she's a tough girl but as I said earlier if elykae is sneaking she could possibly get a jump on her, we still don't know the naga's abilities either...then of course elykae could make a bad spin on things and possibly turn tassri against us...or just leave for the empire, also leaving whatever mess the dwarf business caused for us to handle.
>~< I just really wanna get closer to tassri lol it will be so much easier when she sees she can trust us, I know it won't be easy but I think tassri is a good bug!!
Posted by paltiel 8 years ago Report
Just a suspicion, but the hooded guy probably considers himself (and others like him) human, whereas Floria and others are pseudo-humans, due to similar appearance.
They look down on anything not themselves, view living people as little more than experimental material, yadda yadda~ ^-^

I'm thinking of three possible requests (the first two being what we should totally go with :) )
1. have her procure an enchanted mask like hers for bluebell, and for Myla incase she turns feral before getting cured of the poison.
2. Lewds :3
3. Go with Tassri to nom the gnome DI-MEAN DWARF!!! (this is the one I prefer the least.)
Posted by AnominableBreadman 8 years ago Report
these requests are for Elykae incase you didn't get who I meant.

Agree with deer possibly being blind. Regardless, wolf is still sleeping, so lets have some lewds with the cute deer please.

If we feed her a lot, can we make that sexy huge rear even bigger?

Elykae needs a hug. She's stressed and worried. Give her a nice warm hug until she can relax at least a little.
On the dwarf: Need to confer with Marcus about whether he had the guards stay at the mining camp to investigate the dwarf's business activities. There are a lot of very suspicious things about him, and while we will try not to make his life harder for official vs unofficial activities, if Marcus is worried about some real, serious corruption, then I'd still like a chance to deal with that.
Take Elykae with us when we go see Marcus, too. She's the spy, and would have a better natural grasp on any tells that Floria would have missed when we went through camp the first time.
Also gives us a chance to have a talk with the elf.
Posted by YesImCanadian 8 years ago Report
I agree with the hug. Whether or not she wants it, she's going to get it.
As for the Dwarf, Elykae could look into his stuff, try to find anything he's done "off the grid".
Posted by DeityV 8 years ago Report
We have a goal...eventual mask removal. Until then, just tell her there's no need for her to do anything and thanks for helping out. Then stroke her little antlers (those things are probably sensitive >:) ) It would be nice to have our lewd army in tact, although the increasing number of personalities may prove to he difficult. Luckily we do have a mind mage who might (might until we can trust the nope more) be able to help a bit. For now, I am leaning towards no for the dwarf deal, but we'll see. Let's see and prepare to how Myla reacts when she wakes up.
Posted by Sergit 8 years ago Report
Elykae is having second thoughts... we should thank her that she was honest to us too, both about not being sure with this plan, and about her hesitation towards Tassri.
Still, what is done is done. If the plan is still to go handle the dwarf, let's wait for Myla to wake up first.
We still need to discuss with Tasri the possibility of tutoring us in magic, if Myla allows a travel together with Elykae and Tassri. I have the feeling Floria could learn quite a bit from her.
I hope Tassri staying alone in a room with an asleep Myla doesn't tempt her to lewd the woof. Or, you know, mess with her mind some more to put potential magical "malware", just in case. I don't think she would, but one can never be sure.
At any rate, if the proposition of using the inn as a base of operations doesn't go anywhere, I think we should consider leaving Malor. We might be overstaying our welcome.
Posted by davidargall 8 years ago Report
Discuss with the others what to do about the dwarf. Ideas are...
Nothing. Living well is the best revenge and we have other stuff to do. Just live and learn.
Sue. We have a decent case and might win, but that is might.
extra-legal. this would mean flight afterwards since we are the obvious suspect. So if Myla says no, we can't go. But heading to the empire has serious advantages, so we may want to go if she says yes. But if no, spider and deer can have fun and leave while we stay as innocent of involvement.
When Myla wakes we are to be loving and eager to find any signs of improvement. After that is taken care of, we see what she wants to do about the dwarf situation. Point out the better chance of her getting a full cure in the Empire and see if she wants to go. We accept her decision in any case.
Check with the jail to see how the drow is doing. She is unlikely to be thrilled about almost being spider food, but she might think adventurer have to take risks like that and not be a problem. Either way, we need to know.
Our deer may be a cripple of some sort , with the mask a magic crutch, but this seems of little import at the moment. We have bigger fish to fry.
