What if the first meeting with Sheena took a very, very, different direction than what happened in the game?
This should have been up earlier, but a combination of things came up (one of them being my unwillingness to describe everyone, as that gets shown). However, after my personal transcription of the Ossa Trail opening, I say it gets better. I'm not going to say this is my best story though, not going to lie or try to play it up like that.
What I will say however is I actually considered making this a series as well where Sheena has taken Colette's place in the plot, but then I thought "Do I REALLY want to do a rewrite of a JRPG that's roughly 60-70 hours long?" While that idea has been scrapped, I still wanted to write this up. So please, enjoy.

Hey DSC, long time no see. Sorry for not having much activity in terms of loading stories but lately life's been getting at me. Mostly with how much of a workload I got in filling out job applications online and getting drama outta the way. My inspiration on writing has been on the decline on that. But I've been improving and seeing through my own works and even got my own new PKMN story ready. Now lets go on with the review.
Man I got to tell you that I never thought of doing an alternate take of Sheena's first encounter with the group like this. It never occurred to me of doing something like this. So I'm glad that you're able to do it first given.
On with the story, it would seem that such a twist was something that never occurred in my mind. Not to mention the fact that it also fits sooo well with Sheena's character given her natural clumsiness and luck...which in this case turned out for the better. XD. Mostly with how Colette just outright fell right into her lap...or mouth in this case. But seriously, it was perhaps something really unexpected not to mention really funny too. Even more so when Lloyd fell down to follow Colette down the same path. Not just that but I honestly expected for Lloyd to be her next meal, but fortunately for him, he landed on Sheena's gut and bounced OFF her knocking him out! Man that was a riot!
Now humor aside, you really got down Sheena as a predator here. Not to mention the results that came with it. Really nice end of how it was done...and what made Sheena more of a babe than she already is.
Seriously nice story you put up and this makes me wish I did something like this sooner. Good job and hoped that you would do something like this. Though I won't blame you for not trying to make a remake of the story with Sheena as the chosen. That said, I can understand how you feel about making a fanfic based on hours long RPG game. I got through the game while also keeping in mind my own personal pairing. That said, good job and hoped to see something of a sequel or another remake like this. So keep up the good work!

Hey man, don't worry about it. Life's always got to come first. I do hope you'll regain your motivation soon, I'm always curious as to what you'll post next.
Yeah, I was honestly surprised no one thought of this. And when I did I thought'd it be the best place to start the rewrite series I originally planned.
In retrospect, I am so legitimately surprised Colette didn't fall down that hole in the game. I watched the entire scene several times to transcribe it and do my best to capture and she practically KNEELS before the hole. But I digress.
Lloyd surviving and not joining Colette was an idea leftover from when I planned the rewrite. After all, things would be VERY, VERY, different if both the leading hero and heroine wound up on Sheena. So thus, I decided to spare Lloyd and do something fun and dumb to remove his threat from the story. When I decided to do just this story, I still decided to have Lloyd's fate unchanged, thought it would have kept things interesting.
I've got some experience writing for Sheena, believe it or not. So I felt it was only proper I give her a story of her own.
A part of me still feels I should do the remake series, but among the series I'm doing with Sabrina at the moment, the stories I plan to do for October, other fanfic stories, and my OC stories, it's just a bit much. Though, I will try to give Sheena some other opportunities in the future. I'd hate to have her only story of mine be just this one.

That's good to hear from you man. And also good of you doing your own things given life and all.
On back with Sheena, good to know how you did the story and gave it what it deserves. Seriously though, never new you have things with Sheena given. I didn't know about that given. That said, hope to see more of your works with Sheena soon. So that said laters and keep an eye on me for one of my works is coming up soon and it's PKMN related.

I always try to reply to those who comment on my work. I feel it's only fair I do so.
Sheena is easily the best of ToS' female cast. No contest. I don't know when I'll return to Sheena, but I will one day. And I'll be looking forward to your next story.

Can you write more of Sheena? I love her! Her and Lloyd in a pairing as well.

I'll consider writing more Sheena stuff in the future. If you read the previous comment chain you'll see I did plan on making this a series but dropped the idea because rewriting the entire plot of Tales of Symphonia would be a long process given it's an 80 hour or so game and Sheena only appears... 10-15 hours in.
But fear not, I have other ideas in mind for Sheena stuff.
