Well sometimes silly things can seem to be fun for a bored out mind for example pushing the tip of you oversized phallus beneath the water surface from a boat, floating dock or just wade out into the water, Luke felt like doing it just to see what would happen and seems like a couple of otters accidently or willingly crawled up his urethra and into his sack by the look of things it seems they have regretted their decision after finding out Luke play for keeps.
