Well, there is a few things to grab...
Like teeths! (Very bad idea)
Piercings! (If there are any)
Or trying to grab uvula and hope that predator has functioning gag reflex...



That chance is suprisingly low... even for micro eater.

Yes... though there is still small(almost microscopic!) chance to get stuck in throat!
