In this pic, you can see Yukiko Amagi, having been corrupted by the shadows, enjoying a bellyful of mall-goers. Giving a hearty belch and smiles a cruel evil smile as she feels the masses digest inside of her, with those at the top struggling futilely to escape while those unfortunate to be at the bottom of her belly having already being turned into a pile of mush and bones, ready to be sucked down into her intestines. Will the town of Inaba be able to stop The Crimson Queen before she turns all of them into a layer of fat on her body?

Indeed it does! Occurs during her rampage in the mall from the first chapter. If you look closely in the internal shot you can see the poor gobbled up reporter and her microphone from when she was trying to get the scoop on Yukiko.
