When Xiana has been naughty or whenever Rena feels like some "mommy, baby time", she is placed into the infantile world. When she is in this condition, she is giving food that gives her the runs and makes her poop a lot. Rena only changes Baby X's(That is Rena's nickname for Xiana when she is like this) once a day. All the rest, she stays in that shit filled diaper all day. They aren't disposed of either. Rena holds onto them for some 'special reason'.
