Looks like someones on a dinner...date? What has science done?!
With help of ideas from a friend have this underwater-lab scene au thingy with JJBA characters Kakyoin and Jotaro!
(Why does he have the hat still you ask? I don't know, YOU try taking it off him when hes like this D:)

He'd likely be a danger to anyone wandering into his new territory if they did that, plus im sure sketchy places like these can fund lots of food for him, even if its not all fish...

Ooooh, this is a really cool concept, love how savage Jotaro looks! And incorporating his uniform into his fins was a great design-choice, the chain being a literal anchor is a great idea.
Kakyoin's probably pretty lucky to be on the other side of that glass too, goddamn.
