Hah, automatically guessed whose commission this was in the first glance! Honestly love the idea of these, and you executed this perfectly! Probably one of the best of their commissions, and not just because of the tasteful angle, haha. Wonderfully done, again!

What hole did the prey enter through? I don't see a pooper. Did they travel all the way from the mouth and go to the tail like an old cartoon?

Apparently they said their character has the ability to pass through muscles and organs once they have been swallowed, so that they can give an internal massage to the pred.
Hope that explains everything.
