This morning I was thinking about the terminology that I’ve used in all of the Regina-related writing and I was like

What the fuck is an S-Class, actually??

I mean, aside from the obvious, “a dangerous predator.” But for those of us who like charts, I put together this handy chart!

There are two characters on this chart who didn’t exist until this chart was created, and one fairy. And a cow. If you don’t recognize any of them, that’s because you’re not a time traveler.

Aesirko is, as always, a character of  Aesir

Hmmm... this pretty good system if I have to say.
Are there any aliens big enough that humans are a but mouthful to them?

And would such giants be considered S+ ?

I would assume if there were they would be classified as A class as a blanket classification unless they had previous reports of them consuming people, hence earning the S rank.

And S+ could exist for special cases even more dangerous

Sure! They'd probably fall under B-Class until caught during a meal and categorized otherwise.

I recognize all of them. Also, don't have sushi tomorrow, the fate of the world depends on it.

I definitely like this as a concept. The categories make sense and seem well thought out. Nice work

so i'm guessing S+ or SS can eat creatures larger than themselves...?

S rank encompasses a lot of options, including size difference in favor of prey, because it's essentially just a basic categorization meant to identify which life forms are gonna pose what sort of threat to the average officer.

I feel like Class A being "Treated with the same severity as S-Class, but are not considered inherently criminal" needs clarification.

As I understand it, Classes D-A are sorta "danger levels" that allow this gub'ment to keep tabs on people who might become S-Class predators

That's fair. An A-Class is regularly put through a lot of additional scrutiny by the SPSC because of the *potential* of using that ability to essentially commit murder and thus making the leap up to S-Class. So when they go through Imperial checkpoints, they usually have to go through additional security measures to ensure they're not in the middle of digesting someone or something like that.

I love how the letters don't just fall in order, but actually stand for stuff too. Love to see more of this universe <3
