i’m debating whether star should have a human dick or a horse dick
what d’you guys think?

I, too, am torn. ...or, well, would be, given the size of those things.
Jokes aside, I feel that they each fit with different parts of the character's style. The human bits fit snugly in with the aesthetics, while the horse bits are more in tune with the design and species.
Why not have it be interchangeable, based on what you feel would look best in any given picture? Not really any need for it to be set in stone, lest you particularly want it to be.
