Commission for Neraciro
Sodachi from Monogatari is immobile, filled with two unfortunate souls. Perhaps fellow students? It's not like you could ask them from outside their gurgling fleshy prison.
Found this to be a difficult perspective to draw. Pretty much any extreme perspective that's not just a hand or head coming towards you will trip me up, but after some sizing fixes, I think I got this worked out to a respectable degree.
Edit: Forgot to add sweat to her broiling belly. That's been fixed.

Hmm... I'm not sure the perspective works here, to be perfectly honest. If you were to turn this to a profile view, her upper body would look comically small, and her legs hideously massive and elongated, easily twice or maybe three times the length of her torso.

Drawn from a reference actually. The feet, arms, hands, and head position, are all original, but the head was easy to size properly since I had a rough size reference for it from the original. So the size of the torso and legs, while both thinned out somewhat because of the character, should be roughly correct to the picture I used as a reference. It could be that the angle of the belly is slightly off, and I probably should have added ruffles and bunched up cloth to her torso to more surely attach it to the belly.

I think you're on to it there with her belly's angle. The bulk of the bulge seems to be beyond and below her knees, and it had to stretch all the way there from her torso.
But damnit, perspective is hard and this looks awesome regardless. X3

Thanks! Perspective work is I'm there most difficult aspect of drawing. At least for me. References won't save you from gaps in skill.

Impressive work, Tsavo. Dem angles look like they were tough. Also, I actually love small preds; I really should try to get a comm from you with one of my short characters.

What I like about you Tsavo is that you always challenge yourself technically.
This is some great work with perspective and well worth the effort you put into it. Bravo!

Thanks! I really want to try more perspective nagles in my works. Slowly working me way into it.

Haha, I always forget details like this, but it's one of my favorites so I had to go back and fix it.
