Victor is an Emperor Tarr based of of tarrs from the Slime Rancher video game~
He and his subjects are all connected in a type of hive mind and they mostly live in his body until they find somewhere that he wants to take over and destroy. If there are other types of slimes in the area, they get infected and turned into his tarr subjects to help spread and destroy. Once the area is claimed, all tarr rejoin his body and he continues his journey of conquest.
