In terms of the bread stuff, it's mostly just normal bread dough altered to cook at lower temperatures and then wrapped around the man, leaving space for him to breathe.

Not going to make a blog on this since the answer doesn't particularly lend itself to one. Namely, Vlasta doesn't know any celebrities per se, but several women of power in various government organizations in both America and Europe are actually part of the Dívčí Národ. So, not really celebs, but people in the public eye, yes. Don't ask who, as I haven't really assigned names to any of them. Probably none of them have eaten more than one or two men at a time, though.
