This looks great! Although, something about the background bugs me. I don't believe Rottytops' arm is on the top of that wall, actually, I don't believe she's sitting there either.

At first, I thought she was but after looking at it for a bit, something about the perspective is off.

Especially since looking at Rottytops, parts of her look three-dimensional while other parts like her arm on the wall, where she's sitting and her boot look flat. Also, her hand looks rather small compared to Risky's hand and her pinky looks like its shriveling up.

Speaking of Risky, she looks a bit flat too but she looks okay. Overall though, it looks great. ^^

Yeaaaaah, the background was a last second inclusion. I didn't draw the poses with any actual seat or armrest in mind. I might have been able to make it work if I had had her sitting in the corner of two walls meeting, but I didn't because I was/am probably still dumb.
As for the inconsistent shading, this is actually a few years old (and I drew it shortly after a rather long period of not drawing), so I like to think I've improved since, but I know it's a little flat most places other than her hair, belly, and breasts.

Also, I'm surprised you didn't point out how weird Risky's torso looks; Taking a look at her now, she looks like a blue tube with a string tied above her navel.

The hands were deliberate, though. I just thought that a strong and sexy villainess-type should have slightly longer fingers.

And at least I can say Rotty's hair still looks really good if I may say so myself~

Ah, I see. That would make the background seem weird if it was last minute.

Now that I look at it again, yeah her torso is a bit weird. How did I miss that? o-o

Yeah, Rotty's hair is really good. ^^

Well, I hope I was of some help. I think your art is great and maybe I can learn something from it. Keep it up! ^^
