Negotiations can be tough and heated things, especially with sensitive subjects like pay coming up. Of course when the star you're negotiating with is a known man eater it's wise to use interns as go betweens

Might as well write off the negotiator as a 'sign on bonus' at this point. I'm pretty sure she's not the sort who gives up these sort of 'negotiations' until they pass smoothly.
