Ngl, at first glance I thought this was some poor girl getting shoved into another's ass after having already been eaten, and the whole picture took place inside a stomach.
That...doesn't really make sense if once you realize what all the elements of the picture are, but it's still a pretty amusing interpretation in my opinion. I've seen voreception played for the humiliation angle before, but never like THAT.
