Ooh, vey nice! Tom turns the tables on Mel very well in this one. And I really like the way Heather decided to end the scenario.

Thanks! He learned Melanie's trick about keeping the other person a little bit off guard. He wanted the end to be sexy, and Melanie had already given him a clue as to something she liked.

Why would the hair not grow as long? Men's hair isn't naturally shorter. It's a cultural thing to cut men's hair shorter. I don't know why that little detail bugged me but it did. I really like the ideas in this, though, the shared created pseudo reality and all.

That factoid is real. If a man never cuts his hair, he can grow it to the middle of his back or so. Many women could grow their hair to their knees if they wanted to. Individual hair follicles have periodic resting phases during which the hair is shed before a new hair starts growing; that limits the overall length of your hair. Men, due to testosterone, have shorter cycles than women do, and therefore shorter hair.
Glad you liked the concept! Not sure exactly where I'm taking this and have to do some experimentation with it.
