If you go with literal definition then...No. Especially slime doesn't have human anatomy even when it turns human shape.
But if you go with the trend, if it looks like a butt then it's good. :P

She has a broader personality then the other characters. We've seen her get mad, upset, happy, etc. When you see her do something it's always unique. The other characters (although wonderfully done) aren't developed as Sam is. However that doesn't mean you should rush to develop the other characters because that could leave them feeling bland or over-the-top.
