Honestly though, I do think your looks fine, you can tell there's a difference in looks. But compared to previous, it's the same to me.

It's a little late, so it's somewhat hard for me to give eloquent feedback, but it looks good in my opinion, there is something that feels a little off, maybe the bellybutton isn't where it should be? And it's a little hard to place the exact position of her torso. I like the softness of her belly and how squishy her breasts look, though.

Yup i'm still trying to figure out how to do a proper anime/manga body shaping.
It's a bit hard lol, I used my gf as a reference for the pose(not for the boobs cause she's flat)and then i shaped the body like i wanted.
Doing errors is fine tho cause i know where to improve

It looks like you dropped the soft shading and went with just a straight edge hard shade style for it. Looks nice for your style of line art ^^

Well, a wee bit late myself for comments but, never too late right? Specially not when you got such, 'useful' input already.
So, your shading eh? Well, from what I can tell you use what is called "cel-shading", which is the simpler opposite of soft shading. As such it's fairly basic though still quite obviously present here. It's, a little weak I wanna say though, likely because it's not entirely clear just quite where your light source is. Take her breasts and her stomach, for instance; with her breasts it seems as if the light is coming from directly above her, but if that were the case then there'd probably be more light on the top of her hair, and her face would have some shading as well. As is, it doesn't seem like her face has any, adding to the confusion of the lighting. Or uh, atleast mine. There are a few other examples in this pic but this is a pretty clear one I think.
I think it's worth mentioning that, you need to have a good base image to have good shading be more naturally occurring and possible. Like your character's figure here, it's very unnaturally bendy and stretched in some areas and too short in others, as her arms for example would never be able to reach her thighs when in real life, hands unclenched, they should reach mid-thigh at rest. As for the bendy part, it's primarily the knee that's bent, since to me it looks unusually shaped.
Lines alternate between thin and thick in what feel like somewhat random areas to me, too. I think your shading'll look better without my eye naturally gravitating to these random spots of black and lack of black, with good examples being her arms and legs.
So, apologies for such a long word-salad of a responce, but, hey, you asked for criticisms, had to offer it. TLDR; work on your lines and proportions, and when shading pay close attention to your light sources and where they are. If you can do both of these, I think you'll reach some new, damn good heights with your artwork.

But yeah, I meant what I said. I think if you're more methodical, and double-check everything, you'll go very, very far.
It's good to plan ahead. But not just one step, atleast three now.

Who, me? No, no I don't study art. My hands don't have the ability to really do that stuff. BUT I've been helping various artists with their works for atleast 2 years now. I should know a thing or two ATLEAST, right?
And why I'm good at critiquing is because I don't dance around the issue, and I'm fairly blunt and honest, haha. That's what happens when you write stories for, well, 2 years I guess.

Two months late but feedback is relatively easy...though I'm probably already swallowed since I'm so late.
Breasts are a bit off as far as the left nipple seems more flat than the perky right one, belly button off-center is already mentioned, and face could use a tiny facial. Not sure what precisely on that, besides needing a tiny bit more detail on the mouth I guess ad nose.
