While the game doesn't 100% confirm she's capable of it, her body is implied to work enough like you'd expect from a Majin to make the conclusion. Stretchy tail in her moveset and regeneration "like Buu".

Wanted a big ol' milf prey for this and realized that despite my love for Rosalina I've only gotten her in the futa train. Also came up with the nice hair covering her eye idea to go with the final results.

21, experimenting with absorption, discovers it's a very efficient way to modify her body, but doesn't quite find it as satisfying as eating her prey (I beg to differ though)
