A bit of a departure this time as the super pregnant lady in this pic isn't from a video game, anime, or cartoon. Although I love the unbelievability of hyperpregnancy, I do like 'realistic' depictions of it whenever they pop up. In this case it is something you might already see in real life, an expectant woman in the hospital, hooked up to several fetal monitors as she waits to give birth. Of course this time it's way more than one baby in there.
