Many kinky and fetish related things.
I think part of thing I am seeing happening is that Septia is trying to use many different words to describe the same thing. Which creates confusion and makes it hard to follow what is going on in the scene and story.
I enjoy what Septia writes, but I too at times have a hard time keeping up with what is going on.

This story in particular is written in vague tones at many sections, combined with perspective shifting between characters as denoted by the double tilde (~ ~).
The digestion scene especially is confusing, but also meant to be, as the commissioner wanted a focus on the character experiencing multiple parts of themselves at the same time through the event.
