Ptera Romano thinks he's got his life all figured out. The young squirrel is going to the yearly life-or-death 'Survival Camp', where the predator kids are given free rein to hunt down the prey kids. A six-time survivor, Ptera's planning to go out with a bang during his seventh and last year... but a last minute change puts him on a different path, attending camp not as the hunted, but as the hunter.

Present Day. Cindy's tapped out, and while she found some answers of her own, those she left behind have just found more questions. Ptera's getting ready to attend Survival Camp for what may be the last time, but someone else doesn't think he should... and has a proposition for him.
