I decided to be completely self-indulgent this year and buy myself a fitting birthday-themed commission picture. Here we see Ender beneath Kirino's prey filled belly, with three other filled-up cuties watching from nearby~ Love this one so much, which should be apparent given how self-indulgent I made it :P

There's also a rather long story that goes with this one, and it's also VERY self-indulgent. ==Belly Birthday Bash==
May the 1st: The date itself doesn’t hold much prevalence with most people. In this case, however, there is such an individual who finds the day to stand out a little bit from the rest; Ender. Whilst a few months prior he had his girlfriend and kitten, Miya, by his side for the Christmas of 2017, no such thing would occur for his birthday due to her being away at university. Ender was somewhat accustomed to it, although this would be his first birthday without her since 2015. All he had planned for the day was to go to work and then work on his projects once he returned home, nothing out of the usual. Things, however, ended up going a little differently…
It was half-past six in the morning. Ender had woken up earlier than usually and, unable to get back to sleep, chose to head downstairs until it was time to head off for work. It may have only been half an hour earlier than usual, but it was better to have gotten up and ready rather than lay in a comfy bed. Whilst doing some extra EXP grinding on Xenoblade 2, he heard a rather loud and frantic knock from the door. It was definitely too early for the post to arrive, but Ender paused the game and got up to check anyways. Upon opening the front door, he saw only a package on the step in front of him, with nobody nearby. Since it was addressed to him and coated with many cute stickers, Ender had assumed it was from Miya and brought it inside.
“She surely hasn’t dropped it off by herself, has she?” Ender quietly said to himself, “I know she’s become much more confident since back then, but there’s no way she’d have come here alone.”
Wasting no more time, Ender opened the package only to find a note inside of it. It was printed on pink paper and had a little catface drawn at the top. It read:
“Dear master,
I know you’re gonna be boring and just work on your silly projects even though it’s your birthday. So to make sure that won’t happen, I’ve asked for a couple of friends to come by your place later! I know you love working as much as you love me but you really don’t need to do it all the time! I’ll speak to you tonight as always, master~
-Miya”
Ender chuckled a little, placing the note on the table as he discarded the now-empty packaging. Knowing the catgirl was merely playing around with him, Ender continued on with his morning tasks: If anything, he was expecting her to be monitoring him later that day, much like she’d done during their time together in December.
Many hours later, once Ender had gone to and returned from work, he unlocked the door to his home and practically slumped through it, closing it behind him.
“God, why must it have been busy on today of all days…” Ender muttered to himself, wanting nothing more than to just relax. He head upstairs to his room almost right away, sitting down at his computer desk as he booted up the computer. Whilst waiting for the system to boot, Ender heard a very faint noise from downstairs that just barely echoed. He thought little of it, until he heard the same sound a little louder shortly after. Although curious as to what it could’ve been, Ender went to shut the door to his bedroom. As he did, however, someone’s foot stopped it halfway. Ender gasped and ran back as the door slowly opened, a girl dressed like Kirino Kousaka stepping in. She was followed by three more girls, dressed-up like Chocola, Acerola, and Nia respectively; each of their bellies were notably round and large. Ender let out a sigh and little laugh.
“Oh, this is what Miya meant. She hired cosplayers to check-in on me.” Ender said, “Those big bellies look really good, too. Quite real-looking.”
The four girls looked to eachother with a smirk. The one dressed as Kirino spoke-up, “Cosplayers? What the heck do you mean!? We’re the real deal, you idiot!”
“Alright now, you can drop the act a little if you want to. Although I must say, you’ve pretty much nailed Kirino’s harshness.”
“What part of “we’re the really deal” didn’t you understand?” The girl dressed as Nia says, an annoyed look on her face, “We don’t got the time to wrap your dumb brain around this, so just believe we’re cosplayers if you really want.”
“…you really expect me to believe that four of my favourite fictional characters came to life?”
The Nia cosplayer angrily grabs Ender’s shirt, bringing his face close to hers.
“Listen here you bloody idiot, your girlfriend asked us to do this since she knew you’d like it! So just believe me when I say we aren’t a mere group of amateur cosplayers!” Nia speaks, her tone and facial expression filled with anger.
“Y-Yes, Nia… I-I believe it, r-really!” Ender nervously speaks-up, trying to calm the angered gormotti. It seemed to have worked, as she let go of him right away.
“Doesn’t miss Nia think that was a little much? Miss Miya told us to make sure he has fun, not to scare him!” Chocola says, curiously staring at Nia.
“Haha! I think Chocola is onto something, Nia.” Acerola chimes-in.
“I… I wasn’t scaring ‘im!” Nia folds her arms grumpily, “I was just settin’ the record straight! Not my fault if he’s scared easily!”
“I didn’t even get scared…”
“What was that!?” Nia snaps back to her angry tone, darkly staring at Ender.
“N-Nothing! I said nothing!” Ender says as he gets defensive.
“Hmph… Any more backchat and you’ll end up in here with whatever’s left of Rex...” Nia firmly says as she strongly pats her large belly, causing it to emit a loud gurgle.
“Wait, you ate people just to get big bellies!?”
“Of course~ How else would we have got such lovely bellies?~” Kirino says sweetly, “Why? Are you jealous?~”
“N-No! You j-just… really… shouldn’t do that!” Ender responds, nervously stuttering.
“How’s it any different from what sweet little Miya does, huh? With how she eats others for you so you can cuddle her gurgling belly?~”
“She’s… only being cute when she does it…”
“So it’s not cute because it’s us? Is that it, huh? Kirino slowly approaches Ender, making sure to flaunt her full belly.
“Wh-What!? You know that’s not what I meant!”
“Shut up, pervert! If you don’t think we’re cute, we’ll make sure you think we are~” A mischievous smirk spreads across Kirino’s face as wraps her arms around Ender, “Like it or not, you’re going to be loving the view of my big belly~” Without warn, Kirino lightly falls to the ground with Ender in her arms, laying atop him with her huge belly. She lets go and leans over him, still squishing him against her belly and the floor. A small smile starts to form across Ender’s face as his face goes a light pink.
“Aww~ Enjoying this, are you?~” Kirino teases, poking her tongue out.
“M-Maybe a little…” Ender quietly replies, his smile spreading further.
“Of course you are, Miya wouldn’t be wrong now would she?~” She lets out a little giggle as she squishes her belly against the boy even more, “Happy birthday, you pervy idiot!~”
From across the room, the other three girls looked to eachother with a shared smirk. They give a nod before approaching Kirino and Ender, laying their bellies close to his face.
“Y’know, you’re not too bad for a pervert.” Nia speaks to Ender, “When lil’ Miya told us about you, I expected you to be ogling over our bellies non-stop.”
“Ahuhu~ Don’t lie Nia, you were rather looking forward to meeting him~” Acerola slyly adds.
Nia’s ears droop a little as she goes red with embarrassment, “I… I was not! I told you t’stop lying!”
“Nooo no no, miss Acerola is very right!” Chocola says as she places a hand on Ender’s head, “Miss Nia and miss Kirino were veeeeeery excited about this~”
“Why I oughta…” Nia lets out a defeated sigh, muttering grumpily under her breath.
“Oh come on Nia, don’t be so stubborn~ You were excited to tease with the birthday boy, so what?~” Kirino says smugly, looking down at Ender’s nervous smile and blushed face.
“If you’re gonna bring that up, then… d’ya mind if I tease with ‘im for a bit?”
Kirino gives a silent nod and little giggle, gently patting Ender’s face. Nia’s face takes on a shaky smug smile as she gets closer to him, Acerola and Chocola watching her with curious gazes.
“This isn’t like her, is it? Wanting to tease so willingly.” Acerola whispers to Chocola.
Chocola shrugs, “Miss Miya wanted it though~ She asked for us to give mister Ender a nice time on his special day~”
“True. I’d guess that her tough image has been broken, haha.” Acerola says, gently rubbing the little catgirl’s head.
Nia brings herself right up to Ender’s face, trying to keep her belly from getting in the way too much.
“S-So, y’belly-loving pervert… how’s t-the view from there?” Nia says, her smile shaking even more.
“Nia, you really don’t have to do this.” Ender replies, “I can tell it’s not comfortable for you.”
“O-Oi, that’s not true!” Nia’s face goes a deep red, “You’re acting as if I-I’m hiding something!”
“Stop being ridic-“ Ender’s words are stopped as Nia reaches down and kisses his cheek. Kirino, Chocola, and Acerola all gasp a little before playfully laughing.
“…this never happened, got it!?” Nia looks away down at Ender, her face as bright as it possibly could be.
“My lips shall remain sealed.”
The embarrassed gormotti girl lets out a sigh of relief, “Thank Architect…” She lays herself next to Ender, “I think.. I just need t’lie down… for…” Nia’s eyes slowly close as she quickly falls into a deep relaxing sleep, her snores accompanying her belly’s loud gurgles.
“Heh, she’s a sweet girl~” Kirino softly says whilst looking down at Nia, “Harsh on the outside yet caring on the inside~”
Ender barely resisted the temptation to tell Kirino that’s exactly how she was as well, instead just giving her a little nervous chuckle.
“Really liking it there, are you?~” Kirino gives her belly a gentle rub, “Then I guess it’d be fine for us to stay here until morning. You’ll be sleeping right where you are~ Any objections?”
Without hesitation, Ender shakes his head at Kirino’s question. He wanted to enjoy his situation as much as he could.
“Hehe, good~ Then you wouldn’t mind if Chocola and Acerola stayed close to you as well, right?”
Ender quietly speaks up as a smirk spreads across his flustered face, “N-Not at all~”
“Good~” Kirino squishes her belly a little more against Ender, “Now that we’ve got that all sorted out, it’s about time you get some rest Mr. Birthday boy~”
Before given a chance to reply, Ender’s cheeks are met with the warm lips of Acerola and Chocola as they lovingly kiss him.
“Goodniiiiight mister Ender~” Chocola sweetly says, “Don’t do anything to pervy when Chocola is asleep~”
Acerola bursts out laughing, “Oh my Chocola, you really take him for THAT kind of pervert?” She looks to Ender as she smiles brightly, “Hopefully I’m right though. In any case, do rest well~”
The two girls rest their heads against Kirino’s belly, slowly closing their eyes as they relax themselves.
“Anything you wanted to add, Kirino?” Ender asks quietly. He gets no response whatsoever, “Kirino? Are you listening?” He looks up to Kirino and finds that the sweet girl has already fallen asleep, “Just me left then, it seems. Heheh, I’ll definitely have to thank Miya for this tomorrow~”
Like the four adorable predators beside him, Ender slowly closes his eyes as he drifts off to sleep, the many gurgles and groans of the big bellies surrounding him lulling him into a gentle rest. It was certainly a special day that he’d not soon forget.

It's a story of merely OK-ish quality, in my opinion. Maybe someone out there enjoyed it though (for some odd reason).
