Dr. Viper seems to have gotten a hold of esteemed inventor Professor Hackle as well as Puma-Dyne researcher Dr. Ohm (from the episode SWAT Kats Unplugged) and is keeping the duo captive in his lair in the Dead Forest in Megakat Swamp. Whatever plans can the sinister mutant have for the two geriatric men of science?
