This drawing went through alot of changes, it started out as Mawile, then I changed it to Gardevoir and finally settled with Tapu Lele.

Any idea what it could be inside?
It got 3 fingers, flat feet, and a leg like a Cat/Dog.
Nothing comes to mind honestly.
