This story was a commission ordered by my friend silvercrusher.
The rivalry between Konoko Shirogane and Maria Nitocris comes to an unexpected ending and the Nitocris Family gains a new member to it. Now 15 years later, her children are a step closer to being like her… except one of them has other ideas.
So hey, a commission where I got to write about my own OCs who would have thought this would have happened? Hopefully this becomes a recurring thing for the future. Or at least, it’d be great if it would.
So I had some fun with this story as I have considered establishing Maria’s children as characters at one point in time. So this was a good opportunity to roll with ideas I had for them and see how they played out. Suffice to say, I was pretty happy with how they turned out and might consider doing some stories with them in the future.
Oh yeah, and spot those cameos folks. Because there’s quite a bit of them.

Maybe since she was one of the earlier ones, she'll end up being freed well before/well after everyone else, so she'd be relatively safe.

Another possibility. Honestly, there's nothing saying Konoko won't swing back and take some of those artifacts for herself.

It is unlikely that Konoko is eager to become a parent herself and raise her rival from zero. Is she keeping Maria for internal slavery or made her into nothing?

As far as Konoko knows, Maria's been reduced to nothing. Though anything goes if someone decides to order a sequel to this.

Yes, albeit as you can see the sequel to this story she was reborn as Konoko's daughter at one point.

Oh, so it looks like that there are no consciousness to preys who are regressed to an egg in tiur world, rather they seem to be hybernating(in terms of soul, so they bring back their previous memory later) or physically mind wiped.
