This is one of the many problems that Bumi faces with his sleep disorder; he is completely out of control of himself while sleeping and often finds himself waking up over-full. Normally, in his post-sleep and post-binge haze, he enjoys the sensation of being so full.

In the game, they don't. But for the sake of making a character able to have interactions with other characters, I don't think it's that big of a deal to take some creative liberties with the lore?
