There was that alligator dentist thing I remember reading as a kid where the Alligator ate the dentist after holding back the desire for so long. Is that what inspired all the dentist vore lol

This is why you need Colgate/Minuette doing this job to avoid accidental temporary staff shortage, though it's nice that these tiny humans are finding work in pony society.
