Mizuki groaned as she wiped the sweat off her face. Trying her best to ignore the gawking stares as she passed by, she continued to jog down the street.

"Big dumb stupid monster." Mizuki said between labored breaths. It had been over three months since her encounter with Ganriki. Though the giant lamia had long been defeated, she still managed to get revenge in the end. No longer was Mizuki a B-Class hero. She had been busted all the way down to F-Class. The higher ups claimed it was due to her being out of active duty for over a month. Not that it was her fault for that, Ganriki had been a giant of a meal. What else could she have done aside from being gorged into immobility until the monster had digested, which thanks her her near impervious hide had taken several weeks to do.

But then on top of that the damned monster had to destroy Mizuki's signature power, her prized muscles. Gone were her beloved abs, toned thighs, and bulging biceps. Now they were replaced with flab, flab, and even more flab. Flab that jiggled and swayed with each step she took, as if pudge that now was all that was left of Ganriki was mocking her. And no matter how much she seemed to exercise it never seemed to go away.

"Help! There's a monster attacking us!" screamed a voice not too far away. Turning to look Mizuki saw a crowd of people trying to escape from a large behemoth looking hippo that was doing its best to destroy as much property as it could.

"Oh come on, not another one..." Mizuki sighed. Truth be told, the main reason she had trouble losing weight was because of her habit of dealing with monsters as of late. Since she had no muscles to aid her in battle, all that she could do to help was to rely on the very thing that put her in this situation in the first place.

I'm gonna be stuck in the Fat Rank forever at this rate. she thought forlornly as her stomach growled in anticipation of its incoming monster meal.
