The sun was high in the jungle and Tiger Lily was on the hunt. She had been stalking prey for hours and the heat of the day had left her with a thick sheen of musky perspiration across her caramel body. Still, she could smell something. She could smell it above the primal scent of her own body. She could smell it over the dense foliage and the rich loamy soil beneath her feet. It was sweet. It was another cookie.
At first the scent was distant, but it was sharp. A high note of honey in the low, earthy cacophony. At first she dismissed it as the scent of a bees nest, but as she followed it the scent revealed its complexities. The honey was undercut with pure sugar, gluten, and fresh rice. It was unmistakable. Tiger Lily knew who she was stalking well before she saw Moon Rabbit skipping through the jungle paths. She clenched her spear in one fist.
Moon Rabbit, meanwhile, was hopping along in total ignorant bliss. She skipped as she walked, pulling little honey rice mochi from her overstuffed pockets and tossing them into her gaping mouth. She chewed loudly with her mouth open, sugary spittle spilling out onto her cheeks. She was a sitting duck, so much so that Tiger Lily almost felt bad about what she was about to do. Almost.
In a flash, a spear cut through the canopy and landed in front of Moon Rabbit like a bolt of lightning. She stopped just short of the impact (though she didn't stop munching her rice cakes for a minute). Tiger Lily leaped from the branches above and landed in front of Moon Rabbit. Without taking her eyes off her prey, she ripped her spear from the ground and pointed the tip at Moon Rabbit.
"You..." She spoke, in a voice that was more of a growl than anything else, "Food."
"Fwood?" Moon Rabbit tilted her head curiously, "Oh! FWOOD! I got fwoods! I gots wots of wice cakes! Want one?"
Moon Rabbit reached into her pocket to fish out a snack, but couldn't find any. She dug deep into her pocket, then into her others. She felt a chill run down her spine. Had she run out of snacks? She never liked being without her sweet rice cakes. Never. She felt a deep, gnawing hunger building up in her stomach. She needed rice cakes. She needed food.
"My wice cakes, thew aw gone. H-hungwy..."
Moon Rabbit trembled, covering her face. Tiger Lily wasn't sure what was happening, but she felt a deep fear building up in the pit of her stomach. She stepped backwards, still aiming her spear at Moon Rabbit. Moon Rabbit started to tremble, and then the earth below her started to tremble too. Before she could react, Moon Rabbit collapsed into herself, forming a tremendous ball of Mochi. It expanded like a balloon, sprouting a pair of rabbit ears, four little legs, and one massive mouth.
The Moon Rabbit opened her mouth wide, showing off her tremendous, drooling maw. The sight left Tiger Lily paralyzed with fear and she could do nothing as the hungry beast lurched forward and swallowed her whole. Tiger Lily cried out as fell into the sticky, moist gut of the mochi rabbit, but by then it was far too late. The Moon Rabbit opened her mouth once more, this time to let out a triumphant belch.
UUUUURRRRP!
And then, with her hunger sated, The Moon Rabbit reverted back into her pint-sized cookie self. The only difference was that she had a squirming, Tiger Lily-sized bulge in her chubby belly. And, amazingly enough, she was still peckish!
"MMm, Tigew Wiwwy wuz tastey, buuuut not as good as wice cakes!" She said, patting her tummy. "Oh! I fowgot!"
She fished around in her back pocket, pulling out a little satchel filled with treats.
"My backup wice cakes! Yummy!"
Moon Rabbit cheered, then started shoveling cakes down her throat and skipping right along the trail. Tiger Lily's humiliation was completed as chewed up mochi slopped on top of her and she slowly digested in the precocious rabbit's jiggly belly. It was hardly an end fit for a jungle princess, but it was her end nonetheless.
And some hours later, Moon Rabbit completed Tiger Lily's messy end when she felt a pressure in her gut. Without hesitating, Moon Rabbit hopped off the trail, pulled down her pants and squatted her chubby buns in a nearby bush. She grunted, let out a few fragrant farts, and then her tailhole stretched out impossibly wide to pass a load of mochi that was just about as large and as heavy as one ex-Tiger Lily. She wiggled the last bit of butt mochi out of her then pulled up her pants.
"Pyew! That's some stinky mowchi! Not enough honey in da wowd to make THAT yummy."
And then she skipped off, leaving nothing behind of her would-be predator but a pile of sticky mochi scat that contained trace amounts of half-digested tiger-print clothing (And one busted spear).
