there's a thing called fallout equestria. a very popular fan crossover series of my little pony and the fallout games.
I had looked at a lot of info about it, from how the war stated and who or what has survived the past 200 years till then.
found mostly fan games, SFM videos on YouTube and fan arts around DA, FA and some on Eka's portal.
so I did this, its non-canon, I see kip as a raider who invades Stables (there thing for vault tech in the games) she might had found a way to accesses these places my remote or something. she might had used a knockout gas to fill the vault with. I guess stable 7 was a mother load of tasty dwellers.

Kkat is most definitely the author of Fallout Equestria. The first one. All others, such as Project Horizons, Duck and Cover, and others, are all based on KKat's original work. The FoE stories anyway.
