Many thanks to Mulberry Tart for this wonderful comic! Withania is a plant-hybrid who digests down to a seed that can rapidly regrow into a huge flower that reforms her. In a pinch, she can do it rather quickly, although normally it takes a night or even a few days.

Withania plopped into Paper Press’ belly in a jumble of limbs, accompanied by a deep sigh of satisfied pleasure from the unicorn. She’d expected to find Paper’s stomach to be roomier than the average mare, given that her host was unashamedly a big girl. But instead of roomy, Paper’s belly was wonderfully soft and plush beyond imagination. Withania always found one lumpy bit of her host jabbing into her side when she was squashed against the floor or a hip, but being inside Paper Press was like sinking into a warm, wet sponge, suspended in a mushy space that absorbed all the bumps and jolts of moving around.

“Phew, not that I’m one to turn down a free meal – especially when served up as well as you, Withania – but are you sure we’re not going to need a reformation spell? You’re not going to last long in there with the jiggling you’re doing…” said Paper, rubbing the mound in front of her.

Withania shivered in delight as Paper’s voice resonated around her. A strong, thumping heartbeat and the gurgling of stomach juices was her environment now, and the blissfully soft walls were quickly rubbing up against her in waves, kneading her body into a rounder shape. She had no such concerns. As a plant-hybrid evolved to survive almost any extremes and self-propagate, Withania no longer needed any magical safety nets.

“I-it’s fine!” she replied, moving in time with Paper’s body to maximise her massage, “I’m pretty well adapted for this, you’ll see, let’s just enjoy the ride!”

Paper didn’t need telling twice, and she draped her forelegs over her belly to feel the movement and bubbling gurgles from inside as her friend melted into a green soup of bliss, which her body would steadily soak up and absorb onto her big curves and hefty weight. Perfect for pinning down the next pony who dreamed of being taken care of by a big girl like her.

“Mmmmm I sure hope you’re ri-iiik URRRRRRRP!” Paper’s belly and throat shook as a well-brewed blech blasted out her mouth – accompanied by a modestly sized brown seed nearly as big as her hoof! It landed in the earth several feet in front of her, quietly settling while she took a few recovery breaths, patting her belly proudly.

Almost at the speed of a carnivorous plant, the seed split into a root that dug into the ground while a shoot rapidly climbed up toward the sunlight, the tip expanding and twisting into a flower bud. Paper watched in amazement over her still gurgling tum as the huge flower grew before her very eyes, until the bud was almost as big as a small pony.

With a soft rustle, the flower bud split open, turning slightly as the stalk continued to thicken up to support its weight, and beautiful white petals reflected the sunshine in the unicorn’s face. She blinked momentarily, and as her eyes adjusted she saw in disbelief, the pony she’d eaten not an hour ago and was now sludge stewing in her belly, was curled up in the centre of the flower. Withania yawned and opened her eyes, leaning forward to peer down from her perch.

“Hello again!” she said, smiling down at Paper Press’ astonished expression. “Your belly is the most comfortable place I’ve ever been… How about seconds? This time with an antacid to slow everything down a bit?”
