Well, here it is. A failed attempt to write a mod.
The game I had in mind is Threshholder's "Monster Girl Dreams" (Google is your friend since I don't know whether it is allowed to post direct links. But I sincerely recommend it!). I tried to adjust my writing to the already existing scenes and the atmosphere, hence the hearts in the text and the beginning in medias res.

Well, it's a characteristic feature of a short story to start like that but ... pffh, you're here to entertain yourself and not to learn anything. I'm not even a teacher.

So, I gave up the modding after many failed attempts but I wanted to continue, to even finish the story. And know you have it. For free!

I'm glad to hear from you whether or not you liked it, you liked the setting or the whole action around it.
Since I see so much things around, not only here, but also in the rest of the Internet, and I can't give back anything but my own stories I sometimes feel some sort of guilt...
