The dialogue pretty much has the piece speak for itself, Carla Radames having devised a master plan in order to be rid of some of the bothersome do-gooders along with the woman she was transformed into against her will. Have always really appreciated Carla as a character, especially due to her being condemned to the bad reputation of Resident Evil 6.
