This design is Toby's brother, Tiny! Not his real name, but that's all people call him, after his miniscule height.

Much, much smaller, and more aloof than even his brother-Tiny may resemble a small child, but he has more wits and guile than the most experienced of criminals. It's mostly the hood, anyway.

He, same as the rest of Toby's family, will appear during a very special story.
