Gudako's team of 3 rippers got access to her holy grail and wished to return to their "mother's" womb. And so, Gudako suddenly become massively pregnant with the three.

I am happy that they just had their wishes granted! ^^ (...they, as in Jack? Or as in the three Jacks? Who knows :3)
