Are you sure it's from "Point of No Return"? I watched that episode last night and I don't recognize that pony. If I'm remembering it clearly, Point of No Return was about Twilight panicking over having not returned a book to the Canterlot Library on time and she tracked the old librarian to a Retirement Home. Or is this a scene from the NEXT episode AFTER Point of No Return?
Point of No Return is Season 9 Episode 5. I don't recall a pony that looked like her.

It was a brief scene. First Folio was on lunch, so Twilight went to restaurant row to find her. She showed up at Tasty Treat, an Indian themed restaurant first explored in Spice up Your Life, a Pinkie Rarity map episode in season 6 episode 12.
This pony and a curly haired one thought spike was a waiter, and he went with it while Twi met up with Moondancer and Folio.

Oh, ok. I remember now. Thanks. I must be a bad fan, since I don't pay much attention to one off side characters that aren't Ponyvillians.
