Gotten during an artslave stream from ecchipandaa. Please support them if you can, they're a fantastic, professional artist and a pleasure to work with.
With their meals digested, the two flat-chested girls, to their dismay, discover that their desired breasts haven't appeared. Instead, all of the fat from their meals instead appears to have found its way to their bellies, thighs, and asses instead.

Well, they're not as flat as they were before, so I'd still call it a net gain.
