Happy Independence Day to those who actually care about that holiday! This story isn't really about that. Instead, it's more loosely based off the alien invasion movie of the same name. Okay, it's not really based off Independence Day at all other than being a story about an alien invasion. And, would it be the Fourth of July without someone stuffing themselves silly?

The Shroobs are interesting concept that kind of just happen once and aren't really seen as a threat again after. I figured I might explore them some more, even beyond this story.
