Lockete's character Kay, attempting to clean Sulla. In the city she lives in, she's considered an 'endangered indigenous species', so the city (badly) attempts to monitor her and make sure that she's taken care of. Which Sulla is greatly amused by for the most part. There's a number of support staff that are tasked with the job... whose lives she tends to make varying degrees of hell. Though, on the plus side for them, she teeeeeeeeeeeeeeends** to not eat them, from a mixture of amusement and genuine appreciation for their efforts.

As far as bathtime goes, it's a difficult job. The big birb has a very, very pungent scent of musk and sex about her, as well as other related location based scents. And poor Kay has his work cut out for him.

Also, I think this is the first picture showing the bells on her ankle. A particularly enterprising caretaker tied them to her ankle in a vain attempt to be able to track Sulla via the twinkling bells. Sulla, for her part, adores them, and has done nothing to remove them. Said caretaker now gets to enjoy the sound of those bells above her, usually right before she's pounced from on high by the birb.
