Daichika relaxes back against her tail. Feet resting in the warm, lapping water of the spring, sipping sake as she feels the sweat trickling down her pale flesh. Kimono damp with sweat and hanging loose on her as she looks out over the springs, watching as the steam twists and whorls in the air. It was... peaceful. This whole era felt peaceful. A fact that she was starting to get used to. Starting to appreciate.

As she takes another sip, she sighs gently. It... felt nice to not have to try. There was no grand purpose. She didn't even feel like trying to reclaim her powers anymore. At this point... what is the point?

No... this was a pleasant time to live. And she could just enjoy herself. She was still an evil spirit fox, a predator of man, but, she could just take her time.

And so, she exhales softly, and drinks. Wallowing languidly in the steam, sweat, and heat. It was a beautiful night~
