The ocean was a vibrant green as the brackish waters of the estuary mixed with the warm coastal waters. The shadows of seagulls dancing over the wakes of waves as little by little the surf lapped against the shore in a gentle white froth. The foam fizzling on the sand as another surge of salty water renewed the golden sand to the perfect consistency to make prestigious sandcastles. The golden rays of the sun sparkling over the crystal-clear waters giving it an emerald-like quality, that was just begging for a tropical taking to the waters. A light breeze rustling the costal marram grass, as it skirted over the sand dunes in a whistling wind, completing the picturesque scene.

It was here casually swimming in the sea at a leisurely pace that Elizabeth could be found. The buxom blonde deciding that this was the ideal weather to bask in the sun’s rays and get the perfect tan to give her body a bronze hue. her wardrobe reflected this perfectly, a skimpy orange floral bikini and her bare skin allowing her to paddle through the waters with minimal drag apart from her reasonable chest assets. Her bosom bobbing with each stroke as she paddled parallel to the beach as she soaked in the glorious day’s sun-kissed heavens.

The woman getting distracted by the denim sky that was speckled with slow-moving clouds that just like her were in no rush to squander this superb Sunday. Elizabeth listening to bird song as she took in her surroundings as she wandered the waterways looking for a nice secluded cove to haul out on and relax on the warm soft sand. Her hazel eyes getting a twinkle when she saw the ideal location, and she made a b-line for the private place she could relax and forget about the hassles of the modern world for a short time.

Her eyes fixed on the horizon and ignoring the rippling seabed bellow her that seemed to dance in refracting shadows as the light refracted upon its glass-like surface. The only sounds being a few cackling gulls and the sloshing of her hands cutting through the water in repetitive swirls.

WHAM!

With an eruption of sediment and a sudden suck, Elizabeth’s world suddenly became a whole lot darker as something attacked her from below in a sudden aggressive jolt. A sudden pressure differential pulling Elizabeth under the drink to a startled spray of rippling silver bubbles as the wind was knocked from her lungs from the impact.

Elizabeth felt her breasts bounce, as the bikini binding her moderate mammaries came loose from the sudden sucking squall. As in an instant, a chilly clammy caress embraced the entirety of Elizabeth’s upper body, coming to a rest as a firm but dull grip on her waist. the women not getting time to adjust to her slimy surroundings as a pressure pushed down on the small of her back in a firm compression, pulling her further into the cramped interior as her face smushed against a slick stomach wall, indenting with her pretty features as she was forced into the dank depths. She was thankfully spared from the festering stench of whatever was eating her's rank innards, as it was flooded with water rendering Elizabeth unable to breathe. Her lungs immediately burning for breath, as the living cave she had bumbled into was very much inhospitable leaving her thrashing as she tried to escape this biological snare her hips were grasped by.

Her buttocks jiggling like meaty golden mounds as she struggled, but with her arms pinned to her sides, all her kicking legs accomplished was to push her further into her devourer. The bubble butt lost in another gulp as the woman was reduced to a pair of thrashing legs that rapidly began to lose their field of motion. The limbs growing shorter by the second as a few more clenches of the top of the creature’s mouth was enough to bundle up Elizabeth as nothing more than a dull fetal bulge in a very satisfied creatures’ stomach. The women’s form warping the normally tight trim of the amphibian leaving her imprint to wriggle lightly against the taut skin.

Elizabeth would never know what had eaten her, the dingy gut giving no indication she was currently folded up inside a gerrothorax, as to prey all stomachs tended to look the same. But that was to be expected as it was a caustic sack honed by millennia to convert meat into a nutrient-rich soup, and at this point Elizabeth was now no different than the toast she had had for breakfast. Elizabeth was cramped and cold, as her entire world became the grinding gut and her own knees that pressed to her face as her long legs were crushed against her chest as the stomach tried to make her into something more mailable then her currently solid state.

Her Bikini top slipping from her form at some point and trickling up the stubby throat she had been shovelled down a few moments prior. Elizabeth barely noticing it as she succumb to the lack of air and suffocated with a final huff of her lungs as they relented and let the ocean sweep in as she drowned. The woman tucked away tight as her spirit left leaving just her body to melt away to sustain the life of her cold-blooded killer.

The discarded garment trickling through a crooked smile as the creature expelled the gaudy indigestible. The strap snagging on its nub like teeth and rippling in the water as a gentle current wafted it like an aquatic flag. The broad skull of the bloated pancake salamander projecting a smug smirk from its snaggled jaw as it seemed rather pleased at the meaty mammal it had caught. The squat salamander floating in the water column, with only its wide head sitting above the surface concealing the bulk of its now bulbous body. The creature projecting a self-satisfied aura as it just relaxed, its eyes blinking one more time as it made sure the entirety of its twitching snack was tucked up in its stretchy stomach. The creature then sitting there gormlessly, the only motion its featherlike gills undulating in the aquatic slipstream, as if it had all the time in the world. the amphibian slow so it took the animal a few moment for the nerves to register so it could take stock of the contents of its stilling stomach. the creature's body not yet registering the huge helping of meat it had just inhaled, but eventually, the pressure of its quarry registered and it found its calorific needs met.

Secure in its hunger being sated, the golden eyes then scanned the beast’s immediate surroundings like a pair of telescopic periscopes, in case some predator might want to take advantage of it in its bloated state. The creature seeing nothing of interest and observing no threat the endotherm just basked near the surface and enjoyed the lovely day as it digested its lady lump……

Today we have a commission I got from the amazingly talented  Minahyena of everybody's favorite flat amphibian the gerrothorax. This time the chunky monkey has snagged a swimmer, which I am sure he will relish sleeping off as he wafts his gills smugly.
