My head canon for this character is that she can transform back and forth between human (ish) and car form. Would make for an interesting change sequence where she's in car form, then quickly shapeshifts when her prey gets in to drive.

Great pic and I enjoyed the story. It's impressive you can pump out such high quality pics so fast for Drawlloween. Though I'm kinda sad we won't be seeing more of the green haired girl, her design is great and she's super hot.
