Hey, not all witches are evil. Some just like to see that the proper traditions are observed, and that the spirit of the holiday is preserved. If that means they need to gobble up the occasional naughty trick-or-treater, well, all the better.

That last makes her seem like she's not part of the 'not all witches' from the description.

Sounded like something a villain would say.
