Deer Woman's Dinner By Cowrie -- Report

Something from yet another new setting of mine, this one called Sylvanis. Most of the only known continent on Sylvanis is covered by wooded biomes of one form or another - open plains or deserts are very rare, and those that do exist are largely man-made. One of the more common sapient species on Sylvanis are deer women, like this one here. A gynodioecious species, both female and hermaphrodite deer women bear antlers year round - their antlers are never shed, but rather grow to full size over the course of multiple years, usually stopping growth sometime during the deer woman's early or mid twenties. Deer women are omnivores and all at least potentially predatory. This one has grabbed a nice meal of a couple of humans.

Wonderful stuff, the way you fulfill your ideas is always great ^^. The way she's rubbing her upper belly while the tauric stomach sags just shy of dragging on the ground - lovable predator!

Thanks!

Ironically, while I haven't decided for sure, I'm leaning towards the upper body of these deer women not having a separate stomach, but largely housing the lungs and heart, plus a long esophagus leading to the stomach in the lower body - if that is the case, the gesture of rubbing the upper belly to show satisfaction after a meal is likely one learned from spending a lot of time in the company of other races.

That might be even better indeed, sorta picking up on custom as well as whatever lingering sensation there is from those fresh humans sliding down her esophagus. She does seem cultured enough to have picked up the custom, even if the culture she gleaned it from has questions about her 'meal' choice!
