A little something from Duamutef's universe of Ishara. A blade angel valkyrie in Brightwind is practicing her combat drills while digesting a meal of a girl. Here, her wings (and, for that matter, skeleton) are in their steel form, and she's extended blades from her knuckles and elbows. Her armor is made of lustrasteel, at least what I interpret it to look like, since the source material doesn't include a description of lustrasteel's appearance, only its creation and properties.

Wow, that is a name I have not heard in a long time. I am glad to see that his creations are still a source of inspiration, even after his passing.

Yeah. I've actually recently renewed my efforts to create a GURPS Ishara worldbook, though I may not ever finish it.

So there's reformation involved? Is the process painful? Just wondering.

Well, this takes place in Brightwind, so pretty much everyone who dies is reborn with the same body and their memories intact. As for pain, the reformation itself isn't painful at all, the process of being digested is somewhat painful, but in Ishara, pain typically equals pleasure.
