Wove is a native of Wano who left the island years ago to explore the world. She was able to escape the island using her powers of Cotton Cotton Fruit, which is a logia fruit that lets her turn her body into cotton candy. She floated in the breeze, essentially flying.
After getting tired of people attempting to eat her in her elemental form, she turns the tide by surrounding people with cotton candy and then turning back into a human form, trapping them inside her.
This earned her a place in the Gulp Down Pirates as their navigator.

I have to say this is a really interesting character, and I quite like the concept of the gulp down pirates quite a good deal! Lovely design, and a very interesting power, as well as a very unique use for it. Looking forward to seeing what you come up with next!

I know its not the point of the pic, but her fruit wouldn't be a Logia. Hers would probably be a Special Paramecia. Logia's can only be am element/force of nature or something
