As obvious as it is, Phantosma runs into trouble with the police quite often. Though this is more often than not just a mild inconvenience with the thief, especially the poor sap that she managed to catch this time! While not arrested fully, the thief certainly is going to be weighed down for a little while while the officer melts into sludge.~
