Sketch Commission for Hamilton4
The more time passes the more I'm becoming okay with more alien-yet-still-humanoid characters. Times change. In this instance, it's Hamilton's concept of a Gardevoir mutated by Phazon, called a Spectrevoir. And obviously we had to dynamax it.
